Supply Donations

We are always in need of food, litter, cleaning supplies, and comfort items for our pets. Every supply donation helps us redirect funds toward critical medical care.

The shelter is always in need of essential supplies:
 

  • Bleach

  • Paper towels

  • Laundry detergent

  • Lysol wipes

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Canned (pop-top) dog and cat food

  • Milk bones and dog treats

  • Copy paper

  • Blankets and towels


BRAWA is a qualified charity for deduction on state and federal tax returns. The extent of tax savings depends on your individual situation.

Short-term foster homes are especially needed for rescue dogs waiting for transport.

Volunteer

Volunteers play a vital role in keeping our animals healthy, socialized, and ready for adoption.

Volunteering is a great way to:

Ways to Volunteer
 

Volunteers can help by:

  • Assisting at fundraising events

  • Walking and socializing animals

  • Taking dogs on "dog dates"

  • Cleaning and doing laundry

  • Organizing donations and supplies

No matter your schedule or experience, there's a way to make a difference.
 

Volunteer Orientation:

To get started, you must attend mandatory volunteer training to fill out your application and sign up. Held on the third Saturday of every month at 10:00 AM
